Mallory Weaver
Guiding Families with Strength, Strategy, and Compassion
Since 2010, Mallory has dedicated her career exclusively to family law, helping clients navigate some of life’s most challenging transitions with clarity and confidence. Known for her calm demeanor and strategic insight, she combines deep legal knowledge with genuine empathy—advocating fiercely for her clients’ best interests while promoting resolution whenever possible.
Before becoming an attorney, Mallory spent more than a decade as a paralegal, gaining invaluable, hands-on experience in complex litigation. She understands that every family law case is distinct and requires a tailored approach built on trust, transparency, and compassion.
For Mallory, families come first. She considers it an immense privilege to guide clients through difficult moments, believing that even the most high-conflict divorce or custody dispute can be resolved with care, diligence, and respect. Her deep understanding of Washington State court rules and her practical conflict-resolution skills make her a steady and trusted advocate at every stage of the legal process.
